Refund Policy

You can get your money back for any product you buy from www.zuvesoft.com within 30 days of purchase if it doesn’t work when you get it, shows up broken, isn’t what you asked for, or is still in its original package. zuvesoft reserves the right to test any “dead on arrival” products. To get a refund, you need to ask for a return by calling our customer service team on their free number.

If an order arrives broken or not to your liking, you have 30 days from receipt to send it back. Before picking up packages, check for external damage. If you open it and discover that the contents are damaged, inoperable, or not what you ordered, call our customer care team immediately. We will send you a new one or refund your money, including what you paid for shipping, if applicable. If we are unable to exchange it, we will give you a full refund.

We will arrange a pickup when you request a return or replacement after your package has been shipped. Make sure to return everything that comes with it – educational materials, flyers, warranty cards, free gifts, accessories and packaging. Our delivery partner will give you a receipt. Keep it safe – you might need it if you have to get in touch with us later.

The customer must ensure that any damaged or altered packaging will not be accepted.
